For orders over £50, deliveries are free for all UK. The items should be in the same condition as you received them for any returns. You cannot burn the candles and then return them.

CANDLES

To get a good burn out of your candle, burn it for at least 2 hours when using it for the first time.

Only burn it for up to 4 hours when you use it next time.

Make sure you trim your wick to a 1/4 inch before each burn to get the best out of it.

Please keep your lit candle away from drafts, curtains, children and pets.

Do not leave your burning candle unattended.

WAX MELTS

Please place your wax melts in a wax burner which is approved for this purpose and don’t add water.

Always place the burner on a flat, stable surface, away fromdrafts andflammable materials.

Do not leave your burner on for more than 3 hours.

Never leave a wax melt burner unattended. Turn it off when you leave the room.

Clean your wax warmer regularly by allowing the wax to cool and harden before removing it.

Keep out of reach of pets and children.
