For orders over £50, deliveries are free for all UK. The items should be in the same condition as you received them for any returns. You cannot burn the candles and then return them.

To get a good burn on your candle, burn it for up to 4 hours when using it for the first time, making sure the melt pool reaches the edges of the container.
Make sure you trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to get the best from it.
Please keep your lit candle away from drafts, curtains, children and pets.
Do not leave your burning candle unattended.
